How the fare actually works
No surge, no rounding up, no charge that appears only on the final bill.
Garage to garage
Kilometres and days are counted from our yard and back. A minimum running distance applies per day on outstation trips — it is printed on every quote.
Actuals, with receipts
Toll, inter-state permit, parking and entry tickets are passed through at cost. You get the receipts, not an estimate rolled into the fare.
Driver allowance upfront
If the vehicle stays out overnight, the night allowance is quoted before departure — never added afterwards as a surprise line.
