1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received and our team has issued a written confirmation. Until then the request is held as provisional.

2. Pricing

Quoted fares cover the vehicle, fuel and driver. Toll charges, inter-state permits and taxes, parking fees and the driver night allowance are billed at actuals and shown separately. Monument and entry tickets are not included.

3. How Distance and Time Are Counted

Kilometres and days are counted garage to garage. Outstation trips carry a minimum of 250 km per day. A travel day runs from midnight to 11:59 PM, not as a rolling 24-hour block.

4. Cancellation

• More than 72 hours before departure — 90% refund
• 48 to 72 hours — 75% refund
• 24 to 48 hours — 50% refund
• Under 24 hours — no refund

5. Vehicle and Driver

We provide police-verified drivers and vehicles serviced before departure. On rare occasions an equivalent vehicle may be substituted for operational reasons; you will be told in advance wherever possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time
• Damage caused to the vehicle during the trip is chargeable to the customer
• Smoking, alcohol and any illegal substance are not permitted in our vehicles
• The driver may decline to continue if passenger behaviour makes the journey unsafe

7. Limitation of Liability

Raahi Vacation is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road closures, landslides, strikes or other events beyond our control. We will always work to get you moving again as quickly as possible.

8. Disputes

Please raise any concern with us first at kamalraahivacation@gmail.com. Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to customers holding an active booking.
