We collect the details you give us when you request a quote or make a booking: your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop locations, travel dates and group size.

- To prepare your quote and process your booking
- To coordinate the vehicle and driver for your trip
- To send booking confirmations and trip updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- To provide support before, during and after your journey
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed directly by our payment gateway partner. Raahi Vacation never stores your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on its own systems.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is operationally necessary — for example, your pickup address and phone number with the assigned driver so they can reach you.
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards to the information we hold, and restrict internal access to the staff who need it to service your booking.
6. Your Rights
