Stays

Hotel Booking

We book the rooms as well as the vehicle, so one team is answerable for the whole trip.

Every property we place groups in has been used by our own travellers before. We hold rooms on your dates, negotiate the group rate, and confirm in writing — you are not chasing a hotel the night before departure.

Tourist, business, study and group visas — handled end to end. Most refusals come from an incomplete file rather than the traveller, so we work through the country checklist, review every document, fill the embassy forms and book the biometrics slot. If an application has already been refused, we review the file and re-apply.
