What each state charges a commercial vehicle, and what we bill at actuals.
Inter-state permit rates
Every state we enter charges its own permit or entry tax on a commercial vehicle. The rates below are what the transport department levies — we pass them on exactly as charged, with the receipt, and never add a margin on top.

A dash means that state does not levy a separate charge for that vehicle type, or the rate is quoted on request. Rates are revised by the state transport departments from time to time; the figure on your written quote is the one that applies to your trip. “All vehicles” means the same rate applies to every vehicle in our fleet.
What sits outside the per-kilometre fare
The running rate on each vehicle covers the vehicle, its fuel and the driver. Everything a government or a highway authority charges on the way is billed separately, at cost, with the receipt.
Inter-state permit & tax
Charged the moment the vehicle crosses a border, per the chart above. On a multi-state route each state is counted separately, and the permit slips travel with the vehicle.
Toll & parking
Highway tolls and parking are paid by the driver on the road and added to your bill at exactly the amount on the receipt. FASTag statements can be shared on request.
Driver allowance
A fixed night halt and daily allowance applies on outstation trips. It is stated on the quote before you confirm — it is never a surprise line on the final bill.
Minimum kilometres
Outstation runs carry a minimum running per day, counted garage to garage. Anything above the minimum is charged at the same per-km rate — no premium for extra distance.
Entry & monument tickets
Sanctuary entry, monument tickets and local sightseeing passes are paid by the traveller directly, or arranged by us and billed at the printed price.
Written before departure
Every one of these lines is estimated on your quote up front. You approve the total before the vehicle is dispatched, and the final invoice reconciles against the receipts.
